The only part that is correct is the zip code which that person put as wrong. I have pictures that indicate this package is not my name, not my address, not my order. I responded to a message to send pictures of the incorrect package and that has been the last I have heard. I did not make the connection, and just held onto it while reaching out to the recipient via ********* Once I received conformation from the carrier that the package I recieved was supposed to be my package, I responded to both the carrier and flamingo via ******** (as I was not getting far through email).I have sent a ******** message everyday this week and no one has answered.I have emailed daily. During this time period, I received someone else's package. After a week with not consistant replies, I finally get a response from the carrier. There should be notification of all sales final on the website, on the order form and in all ADVERTISNG on ********, etc. I did find on the 3x5 inch packing slip an email to request returns. No where was there a phone # or email address on any of the 10+ emails I received since my order, to request return information. I looked everywhere on their website, no telephone # available to call. I immediately could see the tops would never fit me. Then held up the bathing suit tops, teeny tiny, itty bitty!!!! And all pieces I ordered were LARGE. I held up the bathing suit bottoms, looked ok. When my order arrived, I opened the packages and immediately knew due the cheap material #1 that I could never wear any into water (ie a swimming pool or the ocean) to swim in because there is absolutely no elasticity what-so-ever. As I have ordered so many times with other online clothing companies, I ordered 3 bathing suits, hoping at least one would fit me and be worth keeping.
